		<description>Kevin, I couldn&#039;t agree more. In a world with so much information, it may seem that only those who shout the loudest will be heard. But, I like to think that the potential of social media to break down barriers between brands and individuals,  so they can engage  in a one-on-one relationship, means that we no longer have to shout at each other to communicate.

Finding the right topic of conversation certainly isn&#039;t possible with one-way communication. Only dialogue, that is based on real listening, can lead to fruitful outcomes. That&#039;s why we have two ears and one mouth -- listening is twice as important as speaking. Thanks for your thoughtful post.</description>
